Mission

TO CREATE INCLUSIVE, ATTAINABLE HOUSING FOR ADULTS WITH AND WITHOUT DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. EXPANDING CHOICE, CONNECTION, AND COMMUNITY THROUGH INNOVATIVE LIVING SOLUTIONS.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • AS OF OCTOBER 2024, OUR ORGANIZATION OFFICIALLY OPENED AN 80-UNIT HOUSING DEVELOPMENT DESIGNED TO SERVE ADULTS WITH AND WITHOUT DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THIS HOUSING INITIATIVE AIMS TO PROVIDE ATTAINABLE LIVING OPPORTUNITIES AT OR BELOW 80% OF CURRENT MARKET RENTAL RATES. 20 UNITS HAVE BEEN RESERVED AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING RENTAL UNITS. OF THESE, 18 ARE RENTED AT 60% OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME (AMI), AND 2 UNITS ARE RENTED AT 70% OF AMI THRESHOLDS. THIS PROGRAM DIRECTLY SUPPORTS OUR MISSION TO INCREASE INCLUSIVE, ATTAINABLE HOUSING OPTIONS FOR A DIVERSE ADULT POPULATION.
    Expenses $122,367 · revenue $82,634
  • IN ADDITION TO OUR RENTAL PROGRAM, WE HAVE DEVELOPED AND ARE SELLING 60 CONDOMINIUM UNITS TO ADULTS WITH AND WITHOUT DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THESE UNITS ARE CONSIDERED ATTAINABLENOT BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOME-RESTRICTED, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY PRICED BELOW OTHER INTENTIONAL COMMUNITIES THAT SERVE THE SAME DEMOGRAPHIC. THE SALE OF THESE UNITS HELPS FUND THE AFFORDABILITY OF THE RENTAL COMPONENT WHILE ALSO EXPANDING HOUSING OPTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THIS DUAL-APPROACH ALLOWS US TO PROMOTE GREATER INCLUSION AND HOUSING CHOICE ACROSS INCOME LEVELS.
    Expenses $1,431,729 · revenue $1,547,239
