GLOBAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON PROVIDING LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS IN EMERGING AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES THROUGHOUT ASIA AND BEYOND. OUR TRAINING FOCUSES ON COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF SOCIETY, FROM ESTABLISHED PROFESSIONALS TO EARLY CAREERISTS. AT EVERY STAGE, OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP THE UNBELIEVABLE POTENTIAL OF PEOPLE BY PROVIDING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EDUCATION, PREPARING POTENTIAL TO MEET OPPORTUNITY.

- EDUCATION IN IRAQ:DURING 2025, GLOBAL LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL CONDUCTED ITS INSTITUTE IN NORTHERN IRAQ TEACHING STUDENTS ABOUT MANY ASPECT OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. THE INSTITUTE CELEBRATED GRADUATION OF ITS FOURTH CLASS IN DECEMBER 2025. THE MAJORITY OF THESE STUDENTS HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST BACHELOR DEGREES IN VARIOUS FIELDS AND MANY ALREADY HAVE PROFESSIONAL JOBS. GLI'S AIM IS TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP CAPACITY WITHIN POTENTIAL LEADERS IN UNDERDEVELOPED OR DEVELOPING CONTEXTS.Expenses $50,000
