Work Readiness helps individuals with job retention, mentoring, and assigning accountability partners, and provides life coaching and life skills. Our ESL Program offers free English classes in Aurora to the refugee and immigrant population, in the surrounding neighborhoods of ROP, to help them overcome the language barriers they face living in the United States. Interested participants are assessed on their current English skills and then placed into one of our four class levels (Basic, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3). Each class meets twice a week for two hours and students work on English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
