THE FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS AND AWARENESS OF THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE MISSION. COMMUNITY HOSPICE PROVIDES COMPASSIONATE END-OF-LIFE CARE AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT TO PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY.
