Mission
THE EULA AND DAVID WINTERMANN LIBRARY AIMS TO PROVIDE A LIFETIME OF RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR ALL AGES AND RACIAL GROUPS. THE LIBRARY WILL ALSO STRIVE TO ACHIEVE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE, WHILE STRESSING CONVENIENCE, SPEED OF ACCESS, QUALITY OF INFORMATIONAL RESOURCES, AND MAXIMUM COST EFFECTIVENESS IN PLANNING ITS DAILY PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE EAGLE LAKE AREA.
