Mission
THE PRIMARY MISSION OF IMPACT IS TO EXPAND THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNION IRONWORKERS AND THEIR SIGNATORY CONTRACTORS THROUGH PROGRESSIVE AND INNOVATIVE LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS.
