STUDENT CRIME STOPPERS OF AMARILLO IS COMPRISED OF A DIVERSE, ACTIVE, AND DEDICATED GROUP OF STUDENT-AGED YOUTH FROM OUR SURROUNDING SCHOOL DISTRICTS. STUDENT CRIME STOPPERS PROVIDES AN ANONYMOUS OUTLET FOR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON CRIMES IN OUR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY. THESE EFFORTS INCREASE TIPS, WHICH, IN TURN, MAKES OUR COMMUNITY A SAFER PLACE TO LIVE.

- STUDENT CRIME STOPPERS OPERATES IN 5 LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS COVERING APPROXIMATELY 47,000 STUDENTS, GIVING THE YOUTH OF AMARILLO AN ANONYMOUS WAY TO REPORT CRIME IN THEIR SCHHOLS AND COMMUNITY. WE OPERATE A LOCAL TIPS PHONE LINE AND A SECURE WEB PORTAL TO RECEIVE ANONYMOUS TIPS. WE OFFER REWARDS FOR TIPS THAT LEAD TO ARRESTS.Expenses $46,654 · grants $804
