THE EMERGENCY MEDICINE FOUNDATION PROMOTES EDUCATION AND RESEARCH THAT DEVELOPS CAREER EMERGENCY MEDICINE RESEARCHERS, IMPROVES PATIENT CARE, AND PROVIDES THE BASIS FOR EFFECTIVE HEALTH POLICY

- EMF RESEARCH GRANTS: THE EMERGENCY MEDICINE FOUNDATION AWARDED APPROXIMATELY $2,084,485 IN GRANTS TO IMPROVE THE FIELD OF EMERGENCY MEDICINE. RESEARCH TOPICS INCLUDED HEALTH POLICY, BASIC SCIENCE, PHYSICIAN WELLNESS, HEALTH DISPARITIES, PEDIATRICS, AND BEST PRACTICES.
