Education and assistance with apartment management.
Program accomplishments
- PRINTED MATERIALS - The Association provides lease forms, redbooks, and research materials to the members so to assist with their daily operations and to provide consistent, easy to use forms for the consumer.
- PUBLICATIONS - The Association issues an online newsletter bi-weekly to keep its members abreast of issues important to the apartment industry. The Association annually publishes a marketing guide and a vendor directory.
- EDUCATION - The Association provides a number of educational seminars to keep members aware of new rules and regulations, and professional certifications.
