  • DISTRIBUTION OF NET INCOME TO SUPPORT THE PASO DEL NORTE CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT CENTER. DURING 2024, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED A FORGIVABLE LOAN TO ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION PASO DEL NORTE CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT CENTER, OF $1,000,000, FOR TEMPORARY FUNDS NEEDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW INCLUSIVE EARLY LEARNING CENTER, LOCATED IN EAST EL PASO, TEXAS. THE LOAN IS FORGIVABLE WITH APPROVAL OF THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND IS LISTED AS AN ASSET IN THE FOUNDATION'S STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION AS OF AUGUST 31, 2025. SUBSEQUENTLY, IN JANUARY 2026, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FROM THE CENTER APPROVED THE REPAYMENT TO THE FOUNDATION FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.
