AMERICAN BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSOCIATION

Exemption revoked · WEST JORDAN, UT 84084

The IRS revoked this organization's tax-exempt status on November 15, 2013

Automatic revocation follows three consecutive years without a required annual return. The organization must apply for reinstatement (Form 1023, 1023-EZ or 1024) to be tax-exempt again; filing a late 990-N does not restore it.
