Mission
The Austin Chamber Music Center creates chamber music experiences that connect, educate, and inspire our community.
Program accomplishments
- ACMC's 2024-25 concert season, "In Fashion" took place between September 2024 and April 2025. The season also includes three Charlie Brown Christmas concerts. The goal of the season concerts is to present and produce the best in chamber music in a thematic, creative, and interactive fashion. In addition, ACMC's Summer Festival took place June 2025-August 2025 featuring 9 concerts over four weekends.Expenses $275,847 · revenue $177,887
- ACMC's fall, spring, and summer instructional programs take place both in and out of schools from September through July through in-school coaching, the Academy, and the Workshop. Students received chamber music coaching on selected repertoire that was then performed at semester end recitals. Education programs also include the Coltman Competition which brings includes a competitive online application followed by 40 ensembles coming to Austin to compete across 4 divisions in March at UT's Butler School of Music.Expenses $262,437 · revenue $139,855
