Mission
Supporting Future Leaders
Program accomplishments
- The Oklahoma FCCLA Alumni & Associates (OAA) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to support the mission of Oklahoma FCCLA and Family and Consumer Sciences education. Through scholarships, leadership development, alumni engagement, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, OAA invests in preparing youth to become leaders in their families, careers, and communities. During the year, OAA provided financial and volunteer support for programs that expand leadership opportunities for youth participating in Oklahoma FCCLA. Resources raised by the organization help students develop leadership, communication, career readiness, employability, and service-learning skills through conferences, competitive events, educational programming, and leadership experiences across the state. OAA also works to remove financial barriers to participation by funding scholarships and supporting educational opportunities for students pursuing postsecondary education and leadership development. The organization engages alumni, business and industry partners, educators, and community members in supporting the next generation of leaders through charitable giving, volunteer service, and mentorship. During the reporting year, OAA successfully hosted its inaugural Forever Red Gala, bringing together alumni, supporters, and community partners to raise charitable funds that will provide long-term scholarship support for Oklahoma FCCLA members. The event established a foundation for sustained philanthropic investment in youth leadership and education while strengthening alumni engagement and community partnerships. Through these activities, OAA advances its charitable mission by promoting educational excellence, leadership development, workforce preparation, community service, and lifelong learning for Oklahomas youth while ensuring the continued growth and impact of Oklahoma FCCLA for future generations.Expenses $104,362 · revenue $114,139
