TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER THE BUSINESS OF ASPHALT PLANT OWNERS AND OPERATORS, TO PROMOTE PLANTMIX ASPHALT WITH AND USED BY VARIOUS AGENCIES, TO STRIVE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A BETTER ASPHALT PAVEMENT, AND TO THIS END TO UTILIZE LOCAL MATERIALS WHERE POSSIBLE AND TO PROMOTE SOUND BUSINESS METHODS AND PRACTICES.
