Mission
LITTLE ROCK REALTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. IS A TRADE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING LICENSED REALTORS IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THE ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO REPRESENT AND EDUCATE ITS MEMBERS SO AS TO FOSTER THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, BUSINESS SUCCESS, AND POLITICAL AWARENESS. MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION ALSO ALLOWS MEMBERS ACCESS TO A MULTIPLE-LISTING SERVICE SERVING SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ARKANSAS.
Program accomplishments
- THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO AID THE MEMBERSHIP IN MEETING STATE ANNUAL LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. OTHER EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND SPECIAL EVENTS ARE OFFERED TO FOSTER MEMBER PROFESSIONALISM AND BUSINESS SUCCESS.
- THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS THE ANNUAL "AWARDS OF DISTINCTION" PROGRAM WHICH PUBLICLY RECOGNIZES REALTOR MEMBERS MEETING CERTAIN SALES STANDARDS IN THE PRIOR YEAR.
- THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MEMBER REPRESENTATION BEFORE THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BOARD OF DIRECTORS. SUCH REPRESENTATION PROVIDES THE ASSOCIATION'S REALTOR MEMBERS A VOICE AT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEVEL ON MATTERS OF INTEREST TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND KEEPS THE ASSOCIATION'S REALTOR MEMBERS INFORMED ABOUT LEGAL AND LEGISLATIVE ISSUES AFFECTING REALTORS OPERATING IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
