TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE PIT BULL OWNERSHIP, PROVIDE BREED EDUCATION, COMBAT PET OVERPOPULATION, AND FIND QUALIFIED HOMES FOR SOUND PIT BULL DOGS IN THE UNITED STATES.
