ARKANSAS ACCESS TO JUSTICE EXISTS TO UPHOLD A BASIC BUT ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLE: ARKANSANS DESERVE ACCESS TO THE LEGAL HELP THEY NEED, NO MATTER THEIR INCOME OR BACKGROUND. THE FOUNDATION MANAGES FUNDING FOR LEGAL AID IN ARKANSAS, WHICH INCLUDES THE IOLTA PROGRAM.
