BOMA'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO ACTIVELY REPRESENT AND PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY THROUGH EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY, THROUGH THE COLLECTION, ANALYSIS AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION, AND THROUGH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

IN ADDITION TO BOMI DESIGNATION COURSES, WE ALSO OFFER TIMELY CONCENTRATED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS. TAUGHT BY LOCAL EXPERTS IN THE FIELD, MANY OF WHOM SIT ON OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THESE 3 HOUR WORKSHOPS OFFER THE FORUM TO ASK QUESTIONS IN AN OPEN, INFORMATIVE SETTING. IT IS ALSO A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO MINGLE WITH PEERS.
- BOMA NEWS, A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER PROVIDING INFORMATION ON LOCAL AND STATE ISSUES, NEWS AND INFORMATION ON UPCOMING NETWORKING ACTIVITIES, AND NEWS ABOUT WHAT BOMA SACRAMENTO IS DOING FOR THE INDUSTRY. BOMA ALSO PROVIDES MONTLY MEETINGS, PROGRAMS AND SPECIAL EVENTS WHICH PROVIDE NETWORKING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MEMBERS.
