DESTINATIONS FLORIDA SERVES AS THE SINGLE UNIFYING VOICE FOR ALL OF FLORIDA'S DESTINATION MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDING INSIGHT AND DIRECTION AS WE FACE NEW CHALLENGES MARKED BY AN INCREASINGLY COMPETITIVE TOURISM MARKETPLACE. ORGANIZED IN 1996, DESTINATIONS FLORIDA STRIVES TO INCREASE THE OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS OF FLORIDA DMO'S DESTINATION MARKETING EFFORTS. OUR MISSION IS TO ENHANCE AND ENCOURAGE THE SUCCESS OF FLORIDA'S DESTINATION MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH EDUCATION, COLLABORATION, NETWORKING AND PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE IN DEVELOPING PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND RESPECT FOR THE VALUE OF TOURISM MARKETING.
