- 2-1-1 BROWARD ANSWERED 78,129 CONTACTS FROM PEOPLE IN NEED AND CONNECTED THEM WITH THE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THROUGHOUT ALACHUA, BRADFORD, BROWARD, DIXIE, GILCHRIST, LAFAYETTE, LEVY, MARION, - UNION COUNTIES THAT COULD HELP THEM. IN ADDITION 211 HELPLINE COUNSELORS CONNECTED PARTICIPANTS TO CRISIS, HEALTH, AND HUMAN SERVICES BY PROVIDING 168,757 REFERRALS TO RESOURCES IN OUR COMMUNITY. 211 CONDUCTED NEEDS ASSESSMENTS THAT TACKLED COMPLEX ISSUES, SUCH AS MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS, SUICIDE AND BASIC NEEDS.
