Mission

To create a Mississippi where every family has access to safe, decent, and affordable housing.

990 for the year ended September 30, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • During the noted period, Mississippi Housing Partnership (MHP) helped numerous low-and moderate-income families, thus further propelling our affordable housing mission. MHP provided rental assistance for at least 48 households, and 50 households received utility assistance. MHP was able to directly defray costs related to temporary housing for homeless families and/or individuals. This was done via hotel lodging as roughly 15 homeless persons, primarily women and children were assisted. As a HUD-certified counseling agency, MHP held numerous pre and post purchase group/individual housing counseling sessions enlisting a totality of approximately 60 participants.
