QUINCY WATER ASSOCIATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE WATER TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE QUINCY COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS OF MONROE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, A RURAL AREA.
