LEGISLATION - PROMOTE LEGISLATION WHICH EXTENDS CIVIL LIBERTIES TO ALL MISSISSIPPIANS THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION. ADVOCACY - ENGAGE AND EMPOWER COMMUNITIES, PARTICULARLY UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES, THROUGH KNOW YOUR RIGHTS TRAININGS AND CIVIL ENGAGEMENT FORUMS.Expenses $82,529
