IT IS "WORK THERAPY" AS MANY OF THEM HAVE NEVER HAD JOBS OR THEY HAVE BEEN IN JAIL OR PRISON AND HAVE NEVER LEARNED TO WORK A NORMAL WORK DAY, OR HOW TO BE A GOOD EMPLOYEE. SERVING AT THE THRIFT STORE PROVIDES THAT. - RECOVERY HOME - OUR 2 FIRST PHASE RECOVERY HOMES PROVDE ROOM AND BOARD FOR THE MEN IN THE PROGRAM FOR ONE YEAR. THIS ALLOWS THEM TO LEARN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP SKILLS, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, HOUSE KEEPING, COOKING AND MORE. THE HOMES ALSO FACILITATE THE MEN'S PERSONAL RECOVERY THROUGH ACCOUNTABILITY AND SMALL GROUP MEETINGS. THERE IS A HOUSE MANAGER IN EACH HOME THAT FACILITATES AND MANAGES THE HOME AND ENSURES THAT THE MEN ARE FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES AND LEARNING AND GROWING IN THE AREAS THAT THE HOMES PROVIDE. IN 2025 WE HAD 16 MEN SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE ONE YEAR PROGRAM AND GRADUATE.Expenses $154,251
- FRESH START - WHEN SOMEONE GRADUATES FROM THE PROGRAM WE OFFER A PROGRAM CALLED "FRESH START". THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO HELP A GRADUATE MAKE THE TRANSITION FROM PROGRAM LIFE BACK TO A LIFE INTEGRATED IN REAL WORLD.
