Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE ORMOND BEACH POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE IS TO REDIRECT AT RISK YOUTH AWAY FROM ABERRANT CONDUCT AND TO MAKE THEM PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY.
