THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT EVERY CITIZEN IN OKALOOSA AND WALTON COUNTIES HAS THE OPPORTUNITY AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO ENGAGE IN MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT AND THAT BUSINESSES HAVE ACCESS TO EDUCATED, TRAINED AND PREPARED EMPLOYEES TO MEET THEIR ORGANIZATION'S NEEDS.
