TALLAHASSEE MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT FOR ITS PARENT, TALLAHASSEE MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE, INC.
