Mission

To recognize and meet the ever-changing needs of older adults through the operation of a full-service continuing care retirement community.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • Orlando Lutheran Towers, Inc. operates as a continuing care retirement community located in Orlando, FL. OLT provides housing, healthcare, and related services to senior adults. OLT is licensed to operate 249 independent apartments, service 109 assisted living residents, and operate a 168 bed skilled nursing facility. Residents enter into an occupancy agreement, which requires a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee. These payments entitle residents to the use and priveledges of the community for life, including certain nursing services in the skilled nursing facility, as well as meals, security, occupancy expenses, housekeeping and maintenance. In the skilled nursing facility, agreements with third party payors, such as Medicare and Medicaid, typically provide for payments at rates less than established charges for daily nursing care costs.
