Mission

To promote, protect and represent the educational, social and business interests of farmers of the county and to enhance the future of agriculture.

990 for the year ended June 30, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • We participated in Farm City which is a national event that brings together farmers, ranchers, fruit growers, public leaders and urban businessmen and women. This coalition project is a means to educate the public about our organizations purpose and mission.
  • Each year Brevard County Farm Bureau partners to host a legislative luncheon. We invite local, state and federal legislatures to hear from their constituents about issues impacting agriculture. These programs allow us to educate lawmakers on the legislative issues facing the agriculture industry.
  • Members attended Farm Bureau Days in Tallahassee. They were able to meet with many legislatures and discuss issues not only facing their operations but issues affecting Florida agriculture as well as Brevard County. The events provide opportunities to advocate on behalf of the agriculture industry and work towards the betterment of those engaged in agriculture.
