THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO POSITIVELY AFFECT ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND TO FUNDAMENTALLY IMPROVE EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS IN THE TERREBONNE PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.

- ASSISTANCE TO PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE CLASSROOM THROUGH CLASSROOM GRANTS USED TO ENHANCE THE STUDENTS' EDUCATIONAL PROCESS. THESE GRANTS SERVE AS A CATALYST TO ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, AND STIMULATE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN THEIR EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION.Expenses $85,452 · grants $46,869
- DOLLY PARTON'S IMAGINATION LIBRARY IS AVAILABLE TO ALL CHILDREN IN TERREBONNE PARISH FROM BIRTH TO THEIR 5TH BIRTHDAY. EACH MONTH, A NEW CAREFULLY SELECTED BOOK IS MAILED TO EACH CHILD ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM.
