TO PROMOTE THE MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OF AN EFFICIENT SYSTEM OF CONTROL OVER THE SALE OF CERTAIN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

- TO ENSURE THE PUBLIC IS WELL INFORMED ON SOCIETAL ISSUES RELATED TO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, AS WELL AS SUPPORT EFFORTS TO ADDRESS PRIVATIZATION ISSUES AND STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS WHOSE ACTIONS IMPACT POLICIES. IN CONNECTION WITH ACHIEVING THIS, FORUM OPPORTUNITIES ARE GIVEN TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES.
