In 2025, our clinical teams provided comprehensive services to 1,251 patients and 3,578 caregivers throughout our core clinical program. • Our educational programming is designed to offer information about dementia and dementia related topics, caregiving, and aging-related health issues. We also strive to teach professional health students and providers on these topics to better equip our healthcare workforce with knowledge related to dementia and supporting caregivers. In 2025 MemoryCare facilitated 119 educational programs and presentations reaching 1,856 individuals.
  • Our caregiver support services include peer support groups offered weekly in a virtual setting. In 2025 MemoryCare increased the offering of these services by adding a weekly evening support group to further opportunities for caregivers to connect with their peers. Using an electronic newsletter to provide relevant information and dementia specific content provided success with connecting to 5,099 readers. These opportunities for connection and education help MemoryCare build resilience in our caregivers.
