990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • Monthly Chapter Meetings are offered to our local members and community guests in the field of training and development. In 2025, we offered monthly in person meetings to members & guests and hosted multiple virtual lunch & learn sessions throughout the year. We averaged 50+ members and guests per meeting which we offer 11 times per year, not including December. Our meetings include a time of networking followed by a program with a local or national speaker to provide training and insight for local trainers and leaders in the training and development community. Expenses this year included speaker gifts, meeting meals, supplies & an annual survey give away.
    Expenses $9,834
  • Guest Pass Program - Members are given 2 free guest passes to give to friends and co-workers each year. Members that bring a guest are entered into a quarterly drawing to win a $20 gift card as a way of thanking them for bringing a guest. Each guest may only use up to two free passes of current members.
    Expenses $80
  • Each year we send out a member survey to gain insight from our members on how they view the chapter, the meetings, benefits, networking opportunities, job postings, etc. As a way to encourage participation as well as a thank you for providing their feedback, we have a drawing from those who submit a survey. The winner of the drawing receives a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
    Expenses $50
