- LEADERSHIP WV IS A STATEWIDE PROGRAM TO DEVELOP, STRENGTHEN AND CONNECT EMERGING LEADERS FOR THE STATE. DURING 8 MONTHS OF TRAINING, PARTICIPANTS ARE HELPED TO ENHANCE THEIR PERSONAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ENRICH THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF PROBLEMS FACING THE STATE AND ITS DIVERSE AND UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES.Expenses $429,511 · revenue $361,568
