TO COLLECTIVELY STRENGTHEN INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL AND PRIMARY HEALTHCARE SYSTEM BY PROVIDING A CONTINUUM OF SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY THAT IS RESPONSIVE, ACCESSIBLE, AND HIGH-QUALITY.

- THE CENTER IS THE ONLY DUALLY DESIGNATED FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER LOOK-A-LIKE AND COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH CENTER IN WEST VIRGINIA. THE CENTER PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, DENTAL, WOMEN'S HEALTH, PEDIATRICS, PHARMACY, CHIROPRACTIC AND AN ARRAY OF OUTPATIENT AND RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENTS TO THE RESIDENTS OF LOGAN, MINGO, BOONE, CABELL, GREENBRIER, LINCOLN, WYOMING, AND UPSHER COUNTIES.Expenses $13,246,808 · revenue $12,628,904
