Mission
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE FEDERATION IS TO RAISE THE STANDARDS OF THE TEACHING PROFESSION AND OTHER NON-SUPERVISORY EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL, BY SECURING THE CONDITIONS OF WORK ESSENTIAL TO THE BEST PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT THROUGH MEET AND CONFER AND TO OBTAIN EXCLUSIVE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING RIGHTS FOR ALL SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.

- INFORMING THE PUBLIC OF MEMBER ISSUES. PRINTING AND MAILING OF NEWSLETTERS TO INFORM MEMBERS. FULL TIME STAFF TO RECRUIT AND SERVICE MEMBERS.
