THE VIRGINIA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WAS ESTABLISHED TO ENCOURAGE THE GROWTH AND SUCCESS OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA.
