THESE PROGRAMS ARE ORGANIZED TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE NATIONAL POLICY GOALS THAT ARE OF SIGNIFICANT CONCERN TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMMUNITY; ENCOURAGE TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN AND AMONG GOVERNMENT, PROFESSIONALS, LABOR AND SMALL BUSINESS; AND TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF THE IMPORTANCE OF SMALL BUSINESS TO THE ECONOMY, POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT, AND THE PRESERVATION OF FREEDOM.
