TO EMPOWER SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS AND MATHEMATICS EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING WITHIN LOCAL COMMUNITIES USING TECHNOLOGY AND PEER-TO-PEER EXCHANGE MODELS.
