Mission
Art for Growth is using its new Create Your World Institute to partner with nonprofits throughout the DMV and to provide direct services to younger generations. The goal is to come together to serve, inspire, and develop well-being and purposeful living in young people, primarily in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. It's our contribution to the mental health epidemic. We teach our project participants how to live purpose-filled lives, thus becoming the heroes of their own stories.
Program accomplishments
- Art for Growth's Create Your World (CYW) Institute has acquired the online AI film production services and training needed to teach CYW participants enrolled in its Young Producer Project to use AI for specific aspects of film production. We have also acquired the online Software and Administrative services to prepare for the Young Producer Project portion of what CYW offers. The online resources allow us to equip young participants with useful skills that can be applied in film and in other industries.Expenses $1,994
