THE PROGRAM SUPPORTS UNDERGRADUATES WHO DEMONSTRATE GENUINE FINANCIAL NEED AND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE.THE BRIDGING SCHOLARS PROGRAM IS A PROVEN MECHANISM TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF AMERICANS WHO PURSUE CAREERS RELATED TO JAPAN AND HAS AS ITS GOAL THE STRENGTHENING THE U.S. PARTNERSHIP.
