THE CENTER FOR A fREE CUBA IS AN INDEPENDENT, NON-PARTISAN INSTUITION DEDICATED TO PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS AND A TRANSITION TO DEMOCRACY AND THE RULE OF LAW ON THE ISLAND.
