- BISMARCK-MANDAN ORCHESTRAL ASSOCIATION, INC. WAS INCOPORATED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE NORTH DAKOTA NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO SPONSOR AND ENCOURAGE EDUCATION AND CULTURAL MUSICAL ACTIVITIES IN BISMARCK AND MANDAN, NORTH DAKOTA.
