- THE FILING ORGANIZATION IS A PART OF THE ASCENSION CATHOLIC HEALTH MINISTRY. ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. ASCENSION VIA CHRISTI HOSPITAL MANHATTAN, INC. (AVCH-M) IS A 92-BED HOSPITAL CAMPUS PROVIDING SERVICES WITHOUT REGARD TO PATIENT RACE, CREED, NATIONAL ORIGIN, ECONOMIC STATUS, OR ABILITY TO PAY. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2025, AVCH-M TREATED 4,050 ADULTS AND CHILDREN FOR A TOTAL OF 13,3575 PATIENT DAYS OF SERVICE. THE HOSPITAL ALSO PROVIDED SERVICES FOR 100,530 OUTPATIENT VISITS, WHICH INCLUDED 1,883 OUTPATIENT SURGERIES AND 20,689 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS.
