TO BRING OUT THE BEST QUALITIES IN ONE ANOTHER THROUGH PRECEPT, EXAMPLE AND FRIENDLY CRITICISM. TO LEND ONE ANOTHER HONORABLE MEANS OF ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT THROUGHOUT LIFE. AND TO PROVIDE HAPPY, ADEQUATE, AND ECONOMICAL LIVING CONDITIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS.
