LOCK DOWN RANCH OUTREACH EMPOWERS INDIVIDUALS TO STEP OUT FROM THE ABUSE, NEGLECT AND HARMFUL WAYS OF POVERTY BY ASSISTING IN MENTORING, EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND RESOURCESES TO IMPROVE LIVES AND CHANGE THE LIVES OF THE ONES HURT OVER THE YEARS WITH SEVERAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS OFFERED TO THE COMMUNITY
