THE CORPORATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND ENACTING ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE AND ENSURE THE SUSTAINABLE OPERATION OF AN ARTS FACILITY AT THE LOWEST REASONABLE COST FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMMUNITY ARTS ORGANIZATIONS, TOURISM ORGANIZATIONS, THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM BOARD OF REGENTS AND UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - EAU CLAIRE("UNIVERSITY"), AND THE GREATER EAU CLAIRE VALLEY PUBLIC.
