Mission
The Terry Jean Pollard Music Foundation, Inc. was established to honor the memory and perpetuate the legacy of Terry Jean Pollard. TheFoundation focuses on awareness in the jazz and public school communities and cultivating young women with musical knowledge.
Program accomplishments
- During FY 2025, the Foundation developed a creative concept that will inspire many who want to have percussion musical talent instruction. Our promos consisted of viewing of the award-winning movie Women In Jazz, and Terry Jean Pollard's 1956 NBC Tonight Show television historic performance, as well as radio spots, internet, and newspaper media outlets.Expenses $1,860
