Program accomplishments

  • 2 In addition to one-on-one mentoring, Fahrenheit provides training for individuals, churches, and like-minded leaders - both those already mentoring or discipling and those just beginning-who seek practical tools and guidance. Our mentor training emphasizes targeted, purpose-driven conversations marked by intentionality, care, and compassion within a Christ-centered framework. Training is delivered through workshops, webinars, lunch-and-learns, and our weekly podcast, and our curriculum is continually refined through practitioner input and collaboration with our volunteer mentoring team. During the reporting period, 151 leaders and emerging mentors participated in these sessions, gaining practical tools, insight, and encouragement to lead effectively in workplaces, churches, and communities. Through mentoring and training, we serve adults across a wide range of life stages who are seeking holistic growth and the ability to invest in others well.
    Expenses $20,000
  • 1 Our primary program is one-on-one mentoring for adults seeking wise counsel, personal growth, and meaningful support. Last year, our trained mentors engaged 373 individuals in focused conversations designed to foster growth in six key areas: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, relational, and professional/educational. Mentoring sessions took place in private homes, public spaces, over Zoom, or during workplace lunches. Each participant received 1-3 hours per session of intentional, caring and purpose-driven guidance. In total, our mentors conducted 495 sessions, providing dedicated, personalized supported rooted in compassion and a commitment to each persons value and potential.
    Expenses $12,000
  • 3 Mentoring partnerships are a key program service at Fahrenheit. Our partners include businesses, churches, and financial supporters who share our commitment to biblical mentoring principles. Business and church partners engage in ongoing professional relataionships with Fahrenheit, receiving regular mentor training and collaborating to provide high-quality mentoring experiences. Financial partners - comprising over 90 individuals, churches, businesses, trusts, and other giving entities - support our work through contributions and active participation in mentoring initiatives. We maintain strong connections with all partners through regular email communications, annual updates, and renewal processes when applicable, ensuring alignment with our mission and continued impact in the community.
    Expenses $7,000
