OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SKILLED, COMPASSIONATE, COST-EFFECTIVE CARE THAT PROMOTES WELLNESS AND MEETS THE COMMUNITY'S HEALTHCARE NEEDS.
Program accomplishments
- GOUVERNEUR HOSPITAL IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL FOUNDED IN 2013. WE ARE CERTIFIED FOR 25 BEDS AND OUR PRIMARY SERVICE AREAS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITIES OF GOUVERNEUR, EDWARDS, RICHVILLE, HARRISVILLE, ANTWERP, DEKALB AND PARTS OF CANTON. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE INPATIENT DETAX, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER, REHABILITATION, EMERGENCY CARE, IMAGING AND EKG'S, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND RESPIRATORY THERAPY. IN 2024, GOUVERNEUR HOSPIAL HAD 5,717 PATIENT DAYS AND 232 OBSERVATION CASES AND OUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT HAD 9,698 TREATED & RELEASED. OUR PRIMARY CLINICS HAD 4,292 VISITS AND OUR SURGICAL ASC VISITS WERE 594.Expenses $29,210,258 · grants $3,277 · revenue $33,603,024
